IMMIGRATION--USCIS CLARIFIES "EXTREME HARDSHIP"

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released new policy guidance clarifying how it determines whether an individual’s family will experience “extreme hardship” if the individual is denied admission to the United States.
